Baltinglass Town 2

Despite conceding two first-half goals scored by Baltinglass’s Jamie Gannon, Slaney gave a good account of themselves, in only their second match of the season, together, so they were somewhat rusty.

There was a lot of good football played by both teams and it was a battling performance by Slaney, whilst standing out for Baltinglass were Peter Kehoe, Mark Ryan and Eoin O’Sullivan.
