Killeshin’s, absolutely dominated this game from start to finish and they ended up with an avalanche of goals that Parkville just couldn’t stop.
On six minutes Cialan Brady opened the scoring when he finished well into the bottom corner for 0-1 and on sixteen minutes, a good cross by Josh Brady found James Ingram who also finished well for 0 – 2.
On eighteen minutes, James finished well from just inside the box for 0 – 3 and on thirty-one minutes Emanuel won a ball deep in Parkville’s defence and he played in Josh Brady, who found the bottom corner for 0 – 4.
On thirty-five minutes Cialan Brady won a ball and volleyed home for 0 – 5 and on forty minutes, Josh Brady made a run down the right and put in a cross that was deflected into the net by a Parkville defender for 0 – 6.
On forty-three minutes, following an assist by Emanuel, James Ingram scored from the edge of the box for 0 – 7 and on forty-five minutes Kyle Holden put James Ingram through on goal and he converted to make it 0 – 8 and Killeshin took that massive lead into the interval.
Killeshin carried where they left off in the second half, as on forty-seven minutes Aaron Power scored from a penalty to make it 0 – 9 and two minutes later, Cialan Brady scored for 0 – 10, following a James Ingram assist.
On fifty-one minutes James Ingram capitalised on a mistake in the Parkville defence to score and make it 0 - 11 and on fifty-seven minutes Josh Brady scored from a Cialan Brady assist for 0 – 12 and on sixty-two minutes James Comerford scored to make it 0 – 13. Standing out for Killeshin were Tommy Hutton, Jack Hynes, and Cody Nolan, whilst it was a battling performance by Parkville, who were completely overwhelmed and their ‘stand-out’ players were goalkeeper Matthew Hyde, Raul Plaza in midfield and Senan Murphy, at the back.
