Killeshin started well playing against a strong wind and after 5 minutes they were 1-0 up through Dylan Regan. On 10 minutes Luke Nolan shot just wide, on 18 minutes Patrick Brannigan missed a chance and a minute later they were made to pay as a defensive mix up let Pats score to make it 1:1. With the weather conditions bad both teams tried hard to play the ball around and on the half hour Frankie Dowling played a lovely through ball for Regan to run onto and make it 2-1 for the hosts. Straight out of the blocks at the start of the second half and Dowling was unlucky from distance as his shot was just wide. Regan had another chance but couldn't steer it past the keeper on 55 minutes. On 60 minutes Brannigan had a shot saved by the pats keeper 5 minutes later Sean Dollard made a great save to keep Killeshin in front but a few minutes later pats were level after Killeshin failed to clear a set piece. On 85 minutes pats were in front once again from a set piece. On 90 minutes pats were awarded a penalty but Sean Dollard made it a great save to keep it 3-2 to Pats at full time. A good team performance by Killeshin with Dylan Regan, Niall Scully and Tyrone Dempsey excellent
